Production Plants In our factory we have two central mixing plants (Elba AVC 130 Concrete Batching Plant made from Germany) located at CPC industrial area. These plants are fully computerized with fully automated production control system to ensure excellent batching accuracy and consistent product quality, and with a capacity of 130 m³/hr for each plant. It is connected with the latest version of Comm and Semnis control system. Concrete temperature control is achieved through the use of KTI Water Chilling Plant and Aggregate washing machine of 150m³/hr & Sand vibrator of 120 m³/ hr supported with screed to learn aggregate. |

Workshop Facilities
Premco has its own mechanical workshop including modern facilities and manned by specialized technical engineers and technicians. This workshop maintains all the company vehicles, concrete pumps and equipment and ensures that they are in good working condition. A specialized team is available to attend to any type of breakdowns or emergency repair activities. All of this according to safety rule standards. |
Fleet and Equipment
Premco Ready Mix operates a fleet of transit mixers (32 units = Mercedes Benz), mobile boom type trucks mounted concrete pumps (7 mobile units = Schwing up to 56m arm length, two stationary pumps Schwing, 2 placing booms Schwing 30-35 arm length) and pay loaders (4 units = Caterpillar) all of which support the company’s day-to-day operations. Our plan in 2018 is to increase our fleet to cover new plants in new areas. |
